Farm Club returns for August 2020

We have missed you all - it seems a long time ago that we were getting ready for Easter holiday Farm Clubs, and its been a long spring and summer so far without our usual influx of budding farmers.

We have though been keeping a close eye on developments across the country and maintaining a watch on government guidance around opening for business, and especially around making the environment healthy and safe for everyone. Being outdoors and having lots of space around the farm certainly helps, adding in some important guides around social distancing - maintaining 2 metre distance from others - and hand washing - there are lots of hand-washing stations already around the farm - and ensuring manageable groups, all make us happy to open up Farm Club in the summer holidays.

We have had to restrict the numbers to manage the visits and ensure we keep both visitors and staff safe and healthy, so each session will be limited to 8 people (children), but we hope that will allow many of you to visit and for some of you that have been visiting virtually to see in real life whats happening on the farm.

We hope you will enjoy being in the great outdoors, meeting our animals, 4 baby alpacas arrived over the spring, and meet our pigs and collect eggs from our range of chickens, as well as see our hard work of the past year come to fruition at harvest time.

So head over to our shop and choose your day for Farm Club, there’s a small discount for more than 1 session using the FARMCLUB2020 code. We all look forward to seeing you there both new and hopefully one or two familiar faces too.

Hope you are all staying safe and well, and look forward to seeing some of you over the summer.
