Where has the year gone? Farm Clubs & Alpaca experiences for the autumn

2020 has been and continues to be a challenging year on many levels, on the positive front farm work continues as ever, thoughts turning to 2021 harvest as we start drilling and applying our gold dust (pig manure!!).

We really enjoyed welcoming back our Farm Club “students” over the summer, again on a positive note we didn’t expect to be able to do that, and are really pleased to now be welcoming back many of our clients, who are really benefiting from being outdoors and we are so happy to be able to be offering our services to those dealing with life’s challenges, and its great to see a few familiar faces back.

We continue to develop our services, and we are all hearing about the mental health challenges that Covid19 has brought on, being able to get out in nature, meet the animals, and spend time outdoors, are all known to help improve mental health and well-being and we always welcome suggestions as to how we can help.

Our autumn program includes our first ever weekend Farm Club, which if it’s a success we will look to run once a month, and more opportunities to come to meet our alpacas, take them for a walk and enjoy the great outdoors. Those of you who may want a smaller group for an alpaca experience please get in touch and we will try to accommodate. (enquiries@hallmarkfarming.co.uk).

Looking forward to seeing some of you here through the autumn and offering opportunities to get outside in a Covid19 safe environment, and blow the cobwebs away.
